Reasons for Returns:

DOA (Dead on arrival) & Defective Products

  • The DOA conditions for any product reflect those of the manufacturer
  • In some instances, the manufacturer’s warranty conditions may specify a third party address to which DOA items must be returned. In this case goods must be sent to the specified address.

If your shipment arrives damaged then the goods must be refused if you notice any visible damage to the box/packaging. If the shipment is accepted then the detail of any damage must be recorded with the carrier in accordance with the carrier policy. Save the merchandise in the original box and packing it arrived in, and notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of damaged merchandise.
